Already Education

In Booth Education

IAHCSMM recognizes that vendor experts can serve as valuable teachers for CS/SP professionals, which is why we created an opportunity for Expo attendees to attain CEs from participating vendors, directly on the exhibition floor. These sessions may be a lecture or a product demonstration, and can be pre-approved by IAHCSMM for attendees to receive valuable additional continuing education credits. With more than 150 different vendors on hand, attendees will be eager to tap vendors' knowledge and learn from your expertise.

Already Raffle

Expo Raffle

To continue a long standing tradition and to best guarantee traffic flow in the Expo, IAHCSMM offers attendees a raffle of vendor donated prizes. This is a powerful incentive for attendees to visit and return to the expo hall to acquaint themselves with your services and products.

A raffle scan station will be set up at the back of the hall for attendees to scan their badge. To help ensure traffic is optimal on the exhibit floor during expo hours, attendees must visit this scan station both days to be entered into prize drawings.

Donations will be accepted beginning March 2020

Priority Points

IAHCSMM uses a priority point system to facilitate assignment of exhibit space from year to year. During onsite booth sales, exhibitors may select their preferred booth space for the 2021 Expo according to their ranking. Companies that do not select their booth space onsite will be allotted a booth based on space available at the time of receipt of the contract. Exhibitors with the most priority points (in descending order) are awarded an assigned time during exposition hours to select their booth space first. Exhibitors with 7 or less priority points will have group onsite selections on a first-come, first-served basis toward the end of the last day of exhibits.

IAHCSMM will provide point opportunities consistently for all exhibitors or potential exhibitors. In the event an exhibiting company merges with, is bought out by, or purchases another company, the parent company may assume the higher number of priority points; priority points cannot be combined across companies. Exhibitors will forfeit priority points if they do not comply with the Contract and Rules & Regulations.

The following is a complete breakdown on how to achieve Priority Points:
