following requirements must be met (and maintained) to become
designated as an Approved-Instructor for the IAHCSMM Central
Service Technician Course:

Background (CS Specific)
Option 1 - Current CRCST status with IAHCSMM
Option 2 - Proof of current academic appointment (Technical School, College, University, etc.), current IAHCSMM membership, and successful completion of the current CRCST exam.* (Note: Instructor applicants taking this exam will not be granted CRCST status. It is only an academic measurement.)

*Academic Appointment Instructors who have already been approved, do not need to take the CRCST exam.
Instructor
Responsibilities:
Review, update, and resubmit Curriculum Vitae, Program Overview, and Instructor
Responsibilities Acknowledgement Form once every two years.
Attend One Instructors’ Update and One entire IAHCSMM
Annual Meeting every two years.
Agree to require that their students purchase the current copy of the IAHCSMM
Text and Workbook.
Agree to exclusively teach the IAHCSMM CS curriculum, not a hybrid of the
two major CS curriculums or the competing CS curriculum.
