I need to know what other hospitals are using for their pediatric laryngoscope blades (specifically Miller 0 and 1). I have to build some pediatric code carts from scratch, and I was hoping to standardize the laryngoscopes to Heine fiber optic, but the neonatologists do not like them. They want Welch Allyn standard blades. I really do not want to go to the standard blades because it will interfere with standardization of the handles and blades (we already have disposable fiber optic in the Broselow flying carpets we use). We are trying to get it so that any blade and any handle will fit each other. Fiber optic is also safer because there is no bulb to break or come loose.

So what do you use for your straight 0 and 1 blades?
