counting small screws

We are having problems with determing if the screws that are on the tray to be counted is the one that is suppose to be there or is it the wrong size. LIke the Modular hand, wurzburg small screws or screws that you cannot tell the size or number on them. How does you hospital handle this.. We would like to know. Thank you
