I have had a rash of penatrations on my wrapped items. Mostly the bigger sets for ortho, but now some of my lighter eye sets. We standardly use kimberly clark wrappers and have had no issues. Knowing that most are probably event based from mishandling, I just wanted to put this out there to say has anyone else seen a trend of more frequent wrapper penatrations in your facility?
