Hi Carol,
You should review AAMI ST37 for the specific recommendations and you should review the sterilizer Mfg's written instructions for cycle types, time and temperature.
Generally, Flash sterilization is for unwrapped surgical instruments intended for immediate use. For loads with porous items in a Gravity cycle, it's 132°C or 135°C at 10 minutes exposure. For nonporous loads, it's 3 minutes at either 132°C or 135°C.
Some sterilizers have both Gravity and Vacuum cycles and if you check the sterilizer Mfg instructions, you might find vacuum cycles recommendations for flashing unwrapped instrumentation. For the number of trays or instruments per cycle and respective weight, consults the Mfg written instructions
If you are using some sort of container to flash, consult that device Mfg instructions

Also, there could be a recommended length of sterilization dependant upon chamber size. We have one flash sterilizer with a bigger chamber, I wanna say 3x3x6, and the short cycle on it is four minutes at 250F
