How does your hospital do the end of the month tallying of loads, cycles, graphs etc. Do you do them on micro fish, computer, or paper. Please give info back. Thanks

Barrhelv:
At our facility, I take our records daily and place them into dated envelopes. I try to keep the past year's records on hand, and older records go into storage locally.
Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, ours are all done on paper. Perhaps that will be one of my projects in August, to find a simple solution for doing it on computer...
I have some Excel spreadsheets that I designed to total up the number of loads run and items processed by sterilizer and by month. I also have one for ETO that takes the number of loads and calculates how much ETO got released into the atmosphere (for our EPA and DNR permits). I worked out all the formulas so Excel does all the math and I just have to plug in the numbers. If anyone is interested, just send me a personal mail and I would be happy to share them.
