What Would You Consider As A Yearly Mandatory For A C/s Staff Member?

If you have it ETO. 3M has a nice inservice and post test which you send back to them and the staff recieve a certificate.

If you have Plasma I would contact that company as well to make sure the staff stay safe and competent on the proper function of the equipment.

Just my thoughts.
