Spd Quiz

Hi there people, hope all is well with all of you and for those of you going to Vagas hope you all have a great time, sorry I can't make it this time. Anyway do any of you have or know where I can get a SPD quiz that I can use during SPD week this year. I had one but as I changed jobs last June I was not able to take it with me.
