I know wrapped items should not be touched until room temperature but how do you remove items from a smaller sterilizer that does not have a cart and carriage? We have small prevac sterilizers that we sterilize full size pans for room turnaround. How is the best way to remove these? I know small items can be put in a large inst pan but I am stumped on the correct way to remove these items.
