Can you point me to the standard that says count sheets must be included with trays?
We currently consider all trays to be complete unless otherwise marked. "Recipe cards" that indicate the standard instrumentation are kept in the SPD and OR. Is this adequate, or should each tray have a count sheet attached to it validating the contents of that specific tray?
