Hello! I was wondering how other facilities dealt with the following issues:
1. Wet Packs-if your department had them, how did you go about finding out why they occurred and what did you do to correct the problem?
2. Flexible endoscope processing-are scopes processed manually or in an automatic processor?
3. Circumcision instruments-does your facility use disposable instruments or reusable sets?
4. Autoclaves-what brand and model does your facility have and how do you like them? Are you having any recurring problems with service, performance, etc.?
