We are having an issue with "holes" and "slits" in the filters of our container systems. This has been going on for months ,about once a week. Has anyone had this problem? We are holding them up to the light and inspecting them before sterilization and they are fine, after sterilization the O.R. is finding holes and today they looked like slits in them.
