Label - Outer writable, washer safe, and autoclavable

All, A company contacted me regarding a new 3" x 3/4" attachable label that is writable, washer safe and autoclavable.

I was thinking about using them for Vendor/Rep sets; but lost the contact information. Does anyone have know about this company? The cost is about $.30 each and my thoughts were to request Vendors to purchase these label to use on their sets.

What is the company name? we are using write-able labela from Oxboromed, and they are validated for sterilization.
