Our new SPD supervisor is trying something new. The SPD staff will place the load labels used on genesis pans on one of the container lock arrow and the person who assembles the tray will write their initials on the arrow also.

This will eliminate the paper tag currently used.

Is this a common practice at other places?

Thanks:)

Why is your supervisor trying to eliminate the paper tags that are there for that purpose? Save money, time? We sometimes use these paper tags when a tray is assembled incorrectly; the tag tells me when and who so I can track trends. I wouldn't get the arrows back, that's for sure!
