How often are you running BI's?

I was just wondering how often most places are running BI's. Currently we are running one a day, usually the first load of the day. I am looking at using an intregrator pack with the other loads as it is about the same as using a BI and you can release the load right away.
What is everyone else doing?

In our facility we run our BI usually with the first load of the day, and we use an integrator strip for every load.

In our department we run 1 BI with the first load and run an indicator with all others.

We run one on the second load of the day and then with any implants.

We run a biological in every load after our bowies. We do this for a number of reasons. Mixed loads, patient safety and most importantly, I do it because it is easier to track one positive load as opposed to numerous loads if my positive is late in the day.
