Can I make a purchase without creating an account?

Yes you can, but you will not be given any member discount and your purchase information and history will not be stored.

How can I create an account at the IAHCSMM store?

Anyone can create an account at the IAHCSMM Store. You will generate your own username and password. IAHCSMM Members will need to input their IAHCSMM membership number when creating their account in order to obtain membership discounts on select items. Once you create an account, it will keep track of your payment information and shipping addresses, so you only have to enter this information once. Of course, all your data is encrypted and secure.

If you would like to become an IAHCSMM member, please follow the instructions to sign up here. You will pay the membership fee using the IAHCSMM store without creating an account. Once your membership is approved, your account in the IAHCSMM Store will be updated to Member Status for future visits.

How can I get the member discount?

Member discounts are only available to current IAHCSMM members in good standing. When creating your IAHCSMM Store Account, you will be asked for your IAHCSMM Membership number. If you are a currently a member, you can receive your discount by logging in using the account information provided to you when you created your account.

To receive IAHCSMM Member discounts, you must create an account or log in with an existing account (see information below in Account Options).Ê If you do not create an account or log in with an existing member account, you will be charged non-member rates and no refunds or adjustments will be made once your order has been completed.

IAHCSMM Gift Cards

• The IAHCSMM Gift Card can be used for any purchase online at www.iahcsmm.org, by fax or mail in orders, and on-site at IAHCSMM Annual Meetings (chapter meetings are exempt from accepting IAHCSMM Gift Cards)
• Acceptable purchases using IAHCSMM Gift cards include, but are not limited to: membership dues, examination fees, publication or merchandise orders, and IAHCSMM Annual Meeting registrations
• IAHCSMM Gift Cards may not be used toward room nights at Annual Meetings, transportation costs or other materials not directly sold by IAHCSMM
• IAHCSMM Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen
• IAHCSMM Gift Cards will not be exchangeable for cash, except where required by law
• Only ONE (1) IAHCSMM Gift Card may be used per order, and can not be used to purchase additional Gift Cards
• Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered IAHCSMM Gift Card will require a credit card, check or money order for the balance due
• IAHCSMM Gift Cards and balances do not have an expiration date

Most major credit cards, electronic bank checks, PayPal and IAHCSMM Gift Cards are accepted.

Shipping options

UPS Ground, Next-Day Air, Two-Day Air and Three-Day Select are available shipping options for your order. Additional fees will be added for Canada and Overseas orders.

Tax

Illinois residents will be charged 9% tax to all taxable items ordered.
(If the items are being shipped outside of Illinois, you will not pay sales tax.)
