Learning Annex (One Shift): $2,000
Each 20’x20’ Learning Annex Includes
- Enclosed room for privacy and sound located on the exhibit floor
- Presentation Podium and seating for 20 registrants
- Signage with company name, logo, and presentation title
- 2 Hour rental time from either 9:00am to 11:00am or 12:00pm to 2:00pm
(purchase of at least one 10’x10’ exhibit space is required in addition to any
Learning Annex purchases))
- Removal of the non-commercial clause that is imposed on our conference
general or concurrenteducational sessions
- Up to four complimentary representatives per Learning Annex are permitted
to participate on the exhibit floor at one time
- Learning Annexes are carpeted
