He was an Eagle Scout, a Scout Master of Troop #871 of Hobe Sound, an avid golfer, and enjoyed sky diving and motorcycling. He was a tissue, bone and eye donor.

Tracy was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina and was an Air Force veteran. Tracy is survived by his wife Lynn (Peterson) of 22 years; two sons, Kurtis and Kyle; also survived by his parents, Martha and Charles Johnson of Pompano Beach.

Memorial funeral service will be held Monday March 26, 2007, 11 a.m. at Hobe Sound Comm. Presbyterian Church, 11933 Juno Crescent, Hobe Sound. Memorial donations in his name may be made to Boy Scout Troop #871, Hobe Sound, FL 33455. Sunday evening friends can meet in the Fellowship Hall, 6-9 p.m. A Service at the West Palm Beach V.A.
