  • To select capable local individuals to oversee meeting room procedures: equipment, lighting, and heating performance; assist meeting attendees, speakers and moderators
  • To provide a smooth operational conference

  Goals:

  • To quickly recognize inadequacies in the meeting room set up to prevent conference disruptions
  • To develop a means of identifying attendees and their attendance practices at sessions
  • To work with headquarters staff to quickly alleviate malfunctions or problem areas
