The IAHCSMM 2013 Annual Conference & Expo will be held at the San Diego Town and Country Resort and Conference Center in San Diego, CA. Registration rates are as follows:
Advance payments/registrations are no longer being accepted. If planning on attending, please bring payment directly to the conference and you may register onsite. Onsite rates have been in effect since April 1, 2013.
If registering online, you will receive an automated email receipt of purchase. For all registrations received, a full confirmation packet with receipt will be mailed to the address supplied on the registration form. Please allow 7-10 business days for your confirmation materials to be received. If you have not received a confirmation packet within 10 business days after registering, please contact Jeff Warren at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All badges for registrants will include First and Last Name, Job Title, Place of Employment, City, State and Country. In addition, any nursing credentials and/or IAHCSMM certifications will be listed. Unfortunately, IAHCSMM cannot print certifications from other associations. Each badge will include a barcode with your employment contact information, and this information can be given to exhibitors of your choice by scanning of the barcode during the expo. Badges must be worn at all times for admittance to any educational session, social event or the expo. All badges are picked up on-site.
Directory of Attendees
IAHCSMM must receive your registration no later than April 1, 2013 to be listed in the official Pre-Registered Attendee directory.
Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for purchase orders to serve as a form of payment. We welcome payments in the form of check, money order, American Express, Visa, Discover and MasterCard.
Registration Fee Includes
Registration fees include access to all learning activities Saturday through Wednesday (with the exception of Early Bird Discussion Groups or Hands-On Labs/Workshops, which have limited seating), admission to the IAHCSMM 2013 Expo, Sunday/Monday/Tuesday evening social events, and Monday/ Tuesday lunches.
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and received no later than April 1, 2013. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $50 administrative cancellation fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after April 1, 2013. Submit all electronic cancellations to email@example.com, no later than April 1, 2013. IAHCSMM regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference, and transfers of registration must be received in writing no later than April 1, 2013. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with the substitution as well as updating any contact information for the Directory of Attendees.

Please be aware, registrants may receive periodic updates from exhibiting vendors and sponsors, directly related to exhibits and social events for the IAHCSMM 2013 Annual Conference and Expo.
Consent To Use Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IAHCSMM conferences and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IAHCSMM’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, electronic reproductions, and audio tapes of such events and activities.
Your registration confirmation packet will contain the necessary information to obtain housing for the conference. The IAHCSMM 2013 Annual Conference & Expo will be held at San Diego Town and Country Resort and Conference Center (including all educational sessions, social events, and exhibits).
Hotel rooms have been secured at the Town and Country Resort (see below). Cut-off for hotel reservations is March 30, 2013, while rooms remain available. To secure the negotiated rates, please mention that you are attending the IAHCSMM Annual Conference & Expo when making your reservations.
