Q: When does the Early Bird registration end?
A: Early Bird registration for the 2013 Annual Conference & Expo ends on December 31, 2012.
Q: If I miss the Early Bird registration, can I still receive a discount
A: Yes, members and non-members can use Standard Registration and still receive $50 off the On-Site price, though bear in mind, the Early Bird rates offer a $100 discount from the On-Site prices
Q: If I’m a non-member of IAHCSMM, can I still attend the Annual Conference & Expo?
A: IAHCSMM offers non-member rates for the full conference as well as for individual days. Non-members purchasing the full conference will be eligible for complimentary membership upon approval of the Executive Board
Q: What is included with my registration?
A: For the 2013 Annual Conference & Expo, all educational sessions, social events, and the Hands-On Labs/Workshops are included with your registration.
Q: What is not included with my registration?
A: Your registration does not include hotel accommodations or airfare.
Q: Can I bring a guest to the Annual Conference & Expo?
A: Educational sessions are restricted to paid registrants of the conference (a namebadge is required for admittance to each session). Social functions are sponsored events, and it is best to request a ticket for admittance directly from the sponsoring vendor
Q: Can I use a purchase order (PO) to place my order?
A: IAHCSMM does not accept purchase orders of any kind: payment in full is due with a registration form or when ordering online
Q: I live outside the United States, how can I pay for conference registrations?
A: Using a credit card or bank draft/money order drawn on U.S. funds
Q: Can I make payments over the phone?
A: Due to credit card restrictions, we can only accept payments that are faxed, mailed or completed at our secure online store
