Conference Attendee
Transcript and Certificate Printing

Attendees of IAHCSMM Conferences and Expos may print their own transcripts of sessions attended, or a cumulative certificate of all points earned. To access your conference information, visit:

www.iahcsmm.org/certificateofattendance

You will be prompted to indicate which sessions you attended. Once you’ve marked all sessions attended, choose “submit” and you may then print off your itemized transcript, certificate of attendance or both.

Internet Browser Compatibility: a modern browser such as Internet Explorer 8.0, or Firefox are recommended for use with the IAHCSMM Online Certificate..
AOL Users: If you use AOL as your Internet Service Provider, you will log into your AOL account as normal. You must minimize AOL and then launch either Internet Explorer 6.0, 7.0 or Firefox separately.

(If you have trouble accessing from a work computer make sure iahcsmm.org is not blocked by a firewall, please check with yout IT Department.)

If you cannot print items from the website, you may use your pocket program/tabulation card as your record of attendance. Printing a certificate or transcript can only be done online by the registrant.
